Jamaican Reconnection Service (JRS):
Whether it gaining dual citizenship, managing land in Jamaica, opening a Jamaican bank account, or almost anything else - our Jamaican Reconnection Service supports you with all your Jamaican legal and administrative needs.
The Patwa Program
Our 13-week (40 hour) online or hybrid Jamaican language program has been specially designed by linguist Dr. Joseph Farquharson for descendants of Jamaica in mind.
So whether you want to improve your listening, spoken and written Patwa skills, or build your confidence in using the language - we’re here to help.

The British-Jamaican Survey & Caribbean Youth-led Research
Tired of the lack of information on British-Jamaican youth? So are we! Its problematic and leads to services either ignore us, misrepresenting us or have no idea what our needs and preferences are…
Reconnect JA has developed the British-Jamaican survey and is developing a Caribbean youth-led research portal, to start the process of representing our community.
We hope this will be the start of many research projects.

Reconnect JA is dedicated to making travelling to Jamaica as affordable, accessible and ethical as possible.
As trained ‘Jamaica Travel Specialists,’ our team can help you find affordable flights, accommodation, and excursions. Whilst providing ethical accommodation and excursion options, which are better for local communities.
Community Campaigns
Our Community Campaigns are our way of making sure our voice is heard. Whether it is providing feedback to organisation aimed at serving us; making insight from the British-Jamaican Survey accessible; or raining awareness on issues affecting British-Jamaicans and Jamaicans in Jamaica.

A range of Jamaica and Caribbean focussed online educational courses and recourses aimed at making learning about the Caribbean easy.

The only age-restricted service will be our ‘Back ah Yard: Program’. If any of our events are age-restricted, this will be explicitly stated in the event description.
